We do complete excavation services and site work for project development. Common excavation services we provide include land grading, foundation dig, and site preparation for construction. We have three 15ton excavators available which enables us to provide prompt start times. We also do full poured concrete foundation install along with the excavation work which totally eliminates the problems of coordinating and communicating between the two phases of the foundation build.

Land grading and leveling: Shaping the land to customer's needs for aesthetics and ground water runoff.
Foundation excavation: Excavation for foundation and material management such as separating topsoil and placing it efficiently for reuse. During the excavation process, because of our experience building foundations we can prepare the site with excellent access for the concrete mixers to easily and efficiently pour the foundation. We also prepare the site for easy access for triaxle dump trucks to safely deliver other site material. To summarize we prepare the site start to finish for the entire foundation install from footing to backfill. We leave our excavators on site for the entire job to insure a clean and smooth run job.
Utility trenching: Excavating for underground pipes, cables, and other utility installations.
Propane Tank Burial: Excavate for the installation, setting, trenching for supply lines, and backfilling of underground propane tanks.
Demolition and debris removal: Removing old structures or landscaping elements. One of our excavators is a 15 ton Caterpillar with a hydraulic thumb, capable of demoing a building of any size. We also coordinate removal of site debris.
Topsoil removal and replacement: Stripping the topsoil layer and then replacing it after the construction or grading process.
Site clearing: Removing trees, stumps, brush, invasive plants, and other vegetation to prepare the land for development. We have a 15 ton Caterpillar excavator with a hydraulic thumb capable of moving and loading large amounts of land clearing waste into triaxels or dumpsters. Our excavators have grading buckets for final grading and landscaping of cleared property.
Home construction: Digging foundations, trenches for utilities, and preparing the site for building.
Commercial development: Clearing land, digging foundations for buildings, and installing utilities.
Landscaping and yard work: Leveling the ground, creating patios, and installing drainage systems.
